People in New York City do not understand the difference between 'hot' and 'hotter than yesterday'. I just saw three ladies in tank tops. Wildly weather inappropriate. Yes, it was sunny. But, I was slightly chilly in my sweater and light coat. It will ultimately get hot enough for your tank top to feel like too much clothing. That time is not now. So, pack up that invisible deodorant and save it for July. Then, you will be needing it 5 times an hour. At least.
